- Dominos Gift Card (Physical Card) can be purchased for variable denomination ranging between minimum value of INR 500 and maximum INR 49,999. The Dominos Electronic-Gift Voucher (E-Gift Voucher/EGV) can be purchased for variable denomination ranging between minimum value of INR 100 and maximum INR 3,000.
- Activation is a mandatory process before Gift Card can be used. This would enable the final user to use the gift card for purchase at Domino’s. To activate this card and link end user’s mobile number for authorizing transaction one needs to visit www.dominos.co.in/gift-vouchers or Send SMS in the below format: DOM ACT 10 Digit Card No. 6 Digit Card Pin and SEND it to 56767 For Eg. - Dominos Gift Card usually takes 7-9 working days to reach your preferred destination in India. Electronic-Gift voucher (E-Gift Voucher/EGV) are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 hours.
- If an Electronic-Gift voucher (E-Gift Voucher/EGV) is undelivered to the email address specified, please check the junk folder in your mailbox. If you have still not received the e-Gif t card, please write an email to guestcaredominos@jublfood.com.

- The purchase of Dominos Gift card cannot be cancelled after placing the order.

- Please ensure that Dominos Physical Card is activated before presenting it for redemption at the store. To redeem please share your card 10 digit Gift card number with the order taken, an OTP will be sent to registered mobile number to authorize the redemption transaction.
- This depends on type of Gift Card. Physical Gift Card can be redeemed multiple times while Electronic-Gift voucher (E-Gift Voucher/EGV) are for one time use only. Any remaining balance after redemption in case of Electronic-Gift voucher (E-Gift Voucher/EGV) will be forfeited.
- If your bill value exceeds the value of the Gift Card, you may settle the difference with cash payment
- Only one Gift Card can be redeemed per order at the store and online.
- Dominos Gift Card is a bearer card. The card will not be replaced if stolen or lost.
- A SMS with the dispatch details shall be sent to the sender once the card is dispatched from our side. In case you did not receive any SMS pls check your sender email box because the tracking details are also sent to the sender ID after 24 hours of placing the order.
